Cindy thats not a Penguin female,
thats a fawn BB female, breed by me
And yes both males look like they are split BB
and Nr1 is split pied also.
you can see that Mr.Nr1 has "large" white face,
larger than usual and white beneath the chin,
Could be the pied though (the chin)
his tail is interesting, looks like elongated hourglass
with black line through it.
BB birds have black line through their tail feathers,
but splits hourglass shaped marks.
look like mix of both!
He also has thin tearmark.
He does not have large cheeks or large
flank spots, but birds Split for BB
can have all the signs or just one or two
so he is definitely split!

His brother looks like he could also be split,
he does not give it up easy,
but he has very reduced tearmark
and white under his beak.
Looks like he has oval shaped flanks, but I
cant see it very well.

here is my male, he is split OB and BB

Vargur...I should have known  because the female BB splits resemble female penguns!!!!!

Thank you...some of the offspring have the elongated spots on the flank but not all of them.

I notice your lovely male has the black breast as well. The father of the boys is a fawn, his chest bar is dark brown as a fawn should be...could the black chest bars on fawns be an split to BB indicator?
