What if the babies fall out of the nest?

Is there any precaution I can take in the event the babies fall out of the nest?

My friend just picks them up and put them back in the nest. And they do just fine.

I had that happen with my societies; I was there when it happened so I just scooped it up and stuck it back in. They all survived.

Ravvyn has a good idea of placing a soft towel under the nest just in case.
A good idea, especially if it's a long way down.

Yeah, that's what I did. My goulds tossed their babies and they ended up with the societies. One was determined to constantly get up in the door of the nest and so was continuously falling out. I folded up a towel and made a pad just under the nest to cushion her fall and make a shorter descent.

Just keep in mind you've got to keep changing it because it gets pooped on.

The towel sounds like a good idea. When the time comes that's what I'll do. See.....I knew you guys would have a solution.

I always worry about his as my nest are about 6 feet from the gound.

So far..... it hasn't happend, but it is always a fear of mine.
