Carrots?
Aside from Forti-Diet and additional white prosso, my birds get eggfood and carrots daily. But what ar the benefits of carrots? I keep the little packs of baby carrots when we order pizza, and chop them finely ajd.my birds go crazy for carrots, they eat more carrots than eggfood. Anyways, what does it help with?? Today I will try offering pasta, and maybe some other stuff to mix it up. Also, I am guessing if the carrot is a brit orange it os fresher than the pale ones?

Re: Carrots?
From what I understand, it has vitamin C, A, B6, and is low on fat and sugars. Is this correct? Will it also improve their vision??
so this is a good choice for the birds? Even my picky waxbill enjoys them. Will the carbs from sugar be bad for the birds?
