I hope the rest of the clutch goes smoothly as well. You will LOVE cockatiel babies! They are so much fun and such sweet birds. I like to give my babies endless kisses. I should have babies in a few days. I will try to post pics when the babies arrive. :) Warm wishes sent for Sparkles and you. [-o<

Janine, prayers do get answered :D So glad it came out on it's own ! May have been larger than normal, hard to tell when you don't have others to compare to....or the first one is always the hardest... now that she's got a little stretch... hopefully the rest will be easier on the girl
If she had prolaspsed it would be obvious because you would see it protruding from the vent... And she certainly wouldn't be hopping around. Glad all well, comtinued prayers for the rest of the clutch [-o<

Glad to report that I just got back from in-laws (worried the whole time I was there) and she is as bright as expected. =D> =D>
Of course a lot more relaxed and tired (but to be expected, I know I was after delivering my boy's big heads #-o

As Candace stated, hopefully now the rest will go much smoother being as how everything has been stretched out.
I know I would no longer have any problems delivering an 8 pound baby. Nothing is where it used to be after 3

She passed away today while I was at work
My son Daniel found her sitting on her perch not moving, when he tried to speak to her she did not react. I hate sooo much that it was him that had to find her like this.

Rest in Peace Sparkles darling, momma is so sorry that this happened.
