Re: Parrot Finches in Mixed Flight??????
I am running about 10 pairs of pied red faced parrot finches (in full breeding mode) in with fire finches-painteds-cordons-jacarinis at the moment with absolutely no problems. It is a big avairy though, Apart from the aggressive chase by the males after the females I have found them to be the most easy going of all my finches. I would not put zebras in with them though.

Seems large enough!gaz wrote:thank Dante, my avairy is 12ft by 19ft with 12ft by 5ft heated shelter.
Smart choice, you would need an expansion! I hope all your eggs hatch!ranchnanny wrote:Dante no I didn't get them. I decided to wait since I have about 9 canary chicks due to hatch soon and I will have my hands full with them.
