Try where you've bought your cage/s!

They're about $5.99 at my local bird store that also sells cages. I haven't seen them in Petsmart or pet stores.

Thanks everyone,
I made my own out of sheet metal, these trays are for a bank of cages that I built on the back wall of my bird room. I had found some but they only came in a certain size and wouldn't work for the cages

Lou
The only tray that I have seen are for the 24x16 and 30x18 cages.
And most dealers don't carry extra trays. I've only seen one vendor at one birdmart selling just trays. I need a couple 24x16 tray myself. I need to build a couple new quarantine cages that are sized for half a tray (12x16). Cardboard trays don't work well.

For all you DYI guys, would something like coroplast work well? It's a plastic cardboard material, I believe you can get it at Home Depot and stores like that. My mail carrier has boxes made out of it and they light weight and very durable. May be something to look into.
Here's a link to the manufacturer:

Gret idea Debbie!! We bought galvanized steel sheets and my husband has a machine at work that he had one of the guys fashion trays for me. The plastic might be another alternative.

I made some out of coroplast when I made my cages.
The problem I ran into is most adhesives (glues) that I tried, will NOT stick to it. The only thing that stuck was tape. And tape has to be replaced about 6 months, when the adhesive weakens.
The local plastic shop (Tap Plastic) stopped carrying it.
You can get it from a sign shop, but much more expensive than a plastic dealer.

Debbie, wonder if you could make some sort of nest box using this. Perhaps even a feeder that has high sides to prevent food spillage.

I will check this out next time I am in home Depot!! Love projects!

Man I wish I knew HD had these when I was making my cages.
I paid more than $11 per sheet.
I think I paid about $25 per sheet.
But you need to buy 10 sheets.

I wonder if they sell single sheets.
I will have to check the local HD

lou, Yanzte cages (in California) sells them to most petshops. Ask your local store to order you some..buying several should save you some money. When you order online the shipping cam get costly.
I am sending you a PM :D
