I went to a bird fair today and of course came home with a new bird.
I actually went to buy supplies and promised myself no bird this time, but you all know how that goes.

Here is a picture of him. He is the yellow back.
I am hoping that someone can help me think of a name for him.
Any ideas anyone?
.

He is identical to my 2 males just like that - RH/PB/YB. I have 2 and am going to sell one of them. Mine are called Fred and George... just because.
I love the brightness of their colours when they have a PB.

Pretty bird! I'm horrible with names.
We were just going for supplies too, but ended up with another ringneck dove, haha. Too bad we didn't plan it out better, we could've met and said hello! :/

Beautiful Gouldians! How about Buttercup, though maybe that sounds more like a girl.

pon.... Are you going to the next fair in June? If so.... and if you still have a lavendar left, I will buy it. I talked to several people at the bird fair and I think if I put just one of them in the aviary that it will be fine. Perhaps later I could try two if it got along well with the others. They said if there was plenty of room they should do fine. Hope to be able to meet with you then.
My two gouldians are male and female that you see in the picture.
Okay friends.... keep the names coming. The right one hasn't hit me yet.
I did like Sunny, but I have a brother that we call that. He might not appreciate a bird being named after him. Buttercup woud be perfect if it was a hen.

Unless I am on vacation, then I'll be there! I usually go to all of them to see all the different kinds of bird people bring, and we're looking for a male button quail for our female. (:
You can also email me anytime you want; You don't have to get the bird at the birdshow, it was just easiest this go-around.

How did I miss this post?
Well your Sunshine looks gorgeous....I know what you mean about not planning on buying any more birds....it is very hard not to take them all home.
I have that problem with purses...I never plan to buy another one but somehow I manage to bring another one home....

I used to have that same problem
FH, but I don't have any money to put into them so it cured my addiction! You can try it as well.
