Can anyone remember what the link was for the site posted somewhere on the forum for either buying, selling or trading finches. I know I saved the link somewhere, but I'll be darned if I can find it now. Thanks in advance, everyone!

Sally....did you happen to see the bird on the first link you sent (
http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/g....._or_Trade/ ). Can you...or any one else... tell me what kind of bird that is? It is the most beautiful bird I have ever seen!

I have searched around, and I think that bird is a Paradise Tanager. It is a softbill from South America. The photos I found at
www.birdsexpress.net are the closest to that bird, and the price, $450 each, reflects its beauty.

Thank you Sally! I have never seen such a beautiful bird, however, the price is absolutely out of the question for me. In any case, I have never seen one advertised by any breeder or pet shop so they must be rare here in the US. Thanks for your response!
