Things like moving to a new Aviary. In my case coming from a warehouse, for now. Where 1,500(or more) birds are taken care of daily.
So,for those that are moving birds to a new place (enviroment). or where other animals that are there also .
What do you do to help them with stress?

Re: Stress
The only thing you can do is give them peace, quiet, and adequate time to adjust to their new surroundings.
Have food and water in multiple places (even maybe in bowls on the ground) so that food is easily found and recognized. Birds are very resilient creatures -- eventually, they will accept, adapt, and prosper. Good luck!

God is my redeemer and it is through Him I have found eternal happiness. I am grateful, I am blessed, and I am truly loved. I wish all this and more for all members of our finch forum family. May you all be blessed and highly favored.

Re: Stress
I agree totally with bugaboo and can only add not to over crowd them in their cage.

Re: Stress
Usually birds that are overcrowded or brought to a better environment will appreciate space, good foods, a bath and a chance to spread their wings. They may not have had room to fly well so provide a few low branches/perched until they get the feel of the enclosure. Use foods bowls along with feeders at first so they get use to were the food is. I bet within a week they will settle in nicely for you.

Re: Stress
I figure just doing what I do normally. So they get use to the sounds and movement of the house also.
I have a Pair of Canaries.I also have an Aviary(video) with a bunch of finches in it.
