Yes, I do live in Ga. The fair was in Atlanta and they only had a few blue backs. In fact, I found one, left to buy another and was going back to get the blue I wanted and it was gone. Oh well.... didn't need to spend so much that day anway.
They were selling for 100 each. Which I felt was really good considering what pet stores want.

Very beautiful male.............dfcauley wrote:I went to a bird fair today and of course came home with a new bird.
I actually went to buy supplies and promised myself no bird this time, but you all know how that goes.
Here is a picture of him. He is the yellow back.
I am hoping that someone can help me think of a name for him.
Any ideas anyone?

Ughhh. I want my gouldians to start breeding already, lol
Ihave had them as long as the zebras and the zebras all have babies and my gouldian is still molting. im going crazy trying to see if she is a male and what color her head is, i see a little bit of orange but it is so little that it might actually turn red. I also want to get a pair of yellowbacks and blue backs. i think there is a bird fair or something happening in newport news this Saturday.
