I found that like Liz suggested...distraction, like with a child. Give her things to shred, play with, investigate. Set her by the window so she can see outside. The issue of her screaming and calling out, if you respond to her she will take it as attention, she can't tell good attention from bad. Covering her will just make her sleep and be energized when you uncover her...this will mess up that internal clock, confuse her. She is still new to the home, she had years in his home on his clock...hopefully she settles down.

This evening was a good one =D>

She actually had the boys doubled over in laughter.
As you know she can't fly because she recently had her wings clipped, and has finally figured it out. Well tonight she decided to climb to the top of the swing pole on the top of her cage. She would perch on the top flapping her wings and snort ...loudly :lol: :roll:
