Budgie with finches?

The general wisdom has always been not to put hookbills with others.
But as I've now seen this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MxqHAQXcmSk
and had some anecdotes from others, I'm wondering.

I'm building a little outside aviary (about 25sq.f), for my zebras and gouldians, and was considering if it would be appropriate to also put my sole budgerigar with them? It is an extremely tame budgie, but of course, if there is a risk of it biting the finches legs of or killing them, it is a non-starter.
