Arugula?
My mom bought a bag of "Baby Arugula" and it says zesty, peppery and filled with Vitamin A... Is this good/safe for birds? It looks like leafs in a bag to me. There are no added ingredients.

Re: Arugula?
My birds also eat it, just make sure that they aren't rotten since they are kept in a bag

Re: Arugula?
My birds all had a very negative reaction to Arugula.
Whole Foods had their "Arugula" mis-labeled as Dandelion so I bought it without realizing it was the wrong thing, and my birds all began to regurgitate violently.
I think it depends on the birds, but for the Gouldians it appears as if it was too peppery for them.
