Looks like a blue spot to me also.
I've never seen that before. I'd be interested in how it looks once the complete molt is finished...

Could just be a large blue band behind the mask, I've seen this in many of my birds but unfortunately you won't know until the bird is done molting. Definitely interested to see how it turns out though!

That's what I thought as well -- but I'm not sure -- ( that's one pretty large band then ) lol --- let's see what happens -- I will keep eveyone posted ;)
