Looks like everyone should be warm in there! The weather here is pretty chilly and windy today. Did you get the line of thunderstorms we did last night?

The thunder was a deep and loud, it rained for less than an hour, the storm went through bringing the cold front. The winds had been bad all day today, calm now but chilly. Heat is set to go o if need be in the house. Stay warm Charlie!

Rosey Bourkes don't handle cold well, when mine were out in the avairy they had tarps over the avairy and heaters running. Their flight had a sheltered area as well to keep them from the cold.

There is a tarp on two sides and a heat lamp on pretty close to their perch. The cockatiels also get a partial tarp to block wind and a heat lamp to get warm.

Looks like you've got them all tucked in for the night. I think the main thing is to block the wind, and then with the heat lamps, they should be fine.

That aviary is devided into three sections. The largest section is 12 feet long, 6 feet wide and 6 feet high. It has blue faced parrot finches and black cheek CFW English zebras. There is a catch room in the front center and two side aviaries off of that. One has red throat parrot finches and Florida Fancy English zebras and the other has two canaries and some pied fawn crested societies.

I am down sizing the English zebras and will raise more heavy pied seagreen red throats this year.

I also have a huge outdoor cage that's 10 feet long, 6 feet high and 2 feet deep with an 3x5 enclosed section built through a wall at work and several flight and breeder cages in my garage.

I need to cut down!!!
