Wax flower poisonous?

Does anyone know whether Wax Flower (Hoya Carnosa) is poisonous or not? I have it hanging in my aviary and they seem to love it (it has only been in there today)???

You might want to check out this link they show a wax plant as being safe but that is different than hoya they have listed as Dangerous Plants / Poison

Thanks for the link. The Wax Flower seems to be ok, I am guessing the other types of Hoya species are poisonous. Thanks

The wax plant is listed as safe, but the Hoya is listed under Dangerous Plants / Poison
Is a wax plant and wax flower the same thing ?

Hmmmm. I think there are many types of Hoya species from what I have looked at i.e. there is also a Hoya Australis etc.
