No Vargur , I messed her feathers up when learning to hand feed, I had it all over her.
First I was told she was on 2 feedings a day. Poor girl screamed for 2 days, before I figured out she needed 3. Then breeder said she would take it on her, so I kept trying to give it to her and she WALKED away. I didn't know I was suppose to hold her. I thought she would see it and go for it, On top of that, it was to watery, so It ended up down the front and sides of her.. SOOOO I tried to give her bath, , didn't get all the food off of her, didn't know it would get hard, So we had to work on getting that off her. That stuff is like cement!!
Ohh we had big fun, her not knowing her new home/mom, plus her new mom not knowing what she was doing. We're now just waiting on her first good moult, so She can finally get all the good feathers in, now that we made it tho all this. PHEW!, but we made and I still can't believe we did. She is a very good and patient girl! It WAS a learning experience!
