Gouldian - closed eyes, no infection

Hello all.

My yellow gold is having troubles with his eyes.
Sometimes his eyelids gets glued together. Hw just cant open them without me opening it for him.
After I open his eyelids, he is fine for a couple of days and then it comes back again.
His eyes are not swollen or infected.

Any ideas?
