Hi,
How often do you apply SCATT ?
If I applied SCATT and they dont seem fully recovered after 21 days, can I apply SCATT again or would it be too much to handle for the gouldians ?
If so, when would it be safe to re-apply SCATT ?
How often to apply SCATT ?

From personal experience, I apply SCATT to each of my finches for prevention of Air Sac Mites only in the following schedule -
Upon receipt of a new bird - I apply 1 drop per instructions on the bottle
21 days later - I apply 1 drop
Then every 3 months thereafter - I apply 1 drop for ongoing maintenance
This is just my schedule and may be not useful for everyone.

When I've been certain that mine had air sac mites I applied once every two weeks not three.
The first bird that I recieved that had ASM I lost after about 8 weeks with applying it every 21 days. It was very hard to lose him - a beautiful RH, PB, BB.
After that I took no chances, once every 14 days to kill the mites - it still takes quite a few applications to kill them all (maybe the mites I had are resistant to SCATT?) but it did work.
One drop to the back of the neck - make sure it gets on the skin, not just in the feathers - and make sure it's only a drop, use an eyedropper if you're not. I'm pretty sure I've read of people overdosing their finches with SCATT.
Also as L in Ontario said, apply once every three months as a preventative once you are sure the mites are gone.
Please note I am not a vet and am not saying that this is best for your birds, it's just what has worked for me.
Good luck!
