Sounds like Canker/Cochlosoma to me, the most common Protozoal Disease in aviculture.
The common crop form of canker is the one most breeders are familiar with, the vomiting bird, the bird with froth at the beak, the bird slowly losing weight and eventually dying even though it appears to be eating.

Sure hope you can figure it out soon. Ronivet-S 12% seems to be the treatment of choice.

The fact that her face is wet and she is vomiting it to me sounds like something else is going on that may take a stronger/different medication. Any changes in her droppings? Dark, undigested seed?
