ps WHAT is chihuahua cheese? I am a huge cheese fan--it is my food weakness--but I have never heard of this.

Musetta yah, those ladies must really want the stuff LOL its like dooms day is coming and they have to stock up! I don't have an asian market near me so i miss the glorious food .. my mom sends me packages of things that I miss well, its more like 80% food for my daughter and 20% stuff for me but I can't complain! the one nearest is 3 hours away. or past chicago.. I cant drive in the city of chicago people drive crazy! and I drive SAFE so it annoys everyone LOL

Supremo Chihuahua Cheese

above link is the chihuahua cheese I usually buy. Chicago has a lot of mexicans so I can get it almost everywhere. My bestfriend came to visit me with her husband from sydney they are both foodies (sit at a $900 full course meal type foodie!) and they never heard of it either.. So i said "here try Chihuahua cheese" and they were lik 'what IS this"dog cheese"' they tried it and fell in love with it.
My daughter will NOT eat any other cheese.. american or cheese sticks don't satisfy her it has to be THIS kind of cheese. Im not into cheese (lactose intolerant) but my friend (she also makes her own cheese lol how foodie can they be) said it was rich and creamy. My neighbor said its like a fattier and richer mozz cheese! try it.. my husband likes to sandwich them on soft corn tort tacos and melt them on a pan :)

--- it melts like liquid gold.. literally lol
