My cherries are hatching their eggs now, I guess. Female bird is in the nest all day and night. Sometimes male bird is going there and then female can go and eat. Sometimes they're together there. It's awesome! I don't know how many eggs there are, but last I saw was 2 eggs (when female started hatching). I'm trying to stay away and not to bother them now and I really really hope that I'll see my first baby birds! I've had birds 12-13 years and I've never got any babies. My first female budgie died when she tryied to lay her egg and my second female budgie had same problem, but we went to the doctor fast and she took it off. And cherries are absolutely amazing birds. They are beautiful and quiet birds. Just amazing! Budgies and societies are making pretty loud voice and it's a bit annoying because all my birds are in my bedroom.

Should I give them some different food? They have seeds and yellow eggfood that I bought from pet shop. I give them cucumber some days in a week and boiled egg once a week.

If babies are hatching, what food should I give to my birds? Can I still give them cucumber? Ofcourse I'm gonna give them boiled eggs, but what more?

Thank you debbie! :)

In the morning I noticed that my societies has one egg in their nest too! So awesome! But cherries are sitting in their nest and when they're coming out to eat, they're not interestes in boiled egg. At least I hope they're feeding their chick.
