My Society's always try to use the used up millet for a nest. They'll spend all day trying to get the darn millet sprig into the nest, it drops and they try again and again and again!

chirpy LOL... they are so funny! Kuri is using the food bowl as a nest right now.. her tail is all messed up because of it. Earlier today I was cleaning out the bottom tray and had my head bent down and I heard them chattering to each other and I could hear Shadow flying back and forth from the perch to the front wall of the cage. Then all of a sudden I feel tugging on my hair. He was trying to pull my hair out to use it as nesting material, lol. They are so funny sometimes. But they have been so intent on using the food bowl as a nest!!

They are adorable lol but I wish they'd stop!!!!

I feel bad if I take it out as they'd think they were homrless. Maybe I can get more fake plants so they can sleep in a bush like area lol

chirpy lol I tried that with mine but they still prefer to sit in their food bowls, especially Sparrow! He just chills in there. He was accuracy afraid of the silk leaves for a while and only started going near them once he realized girls were on the other side of that side of the cage behind the towel I have between them so they don't throw themselves at the side of the cage ALL DAY, lol.

Nanajennie they kick te seed out cause they apparently CAN! Eyes rolling lol.

Yes three! They had 4 eggs fertile 1 dis so 3 chicks.
George turned out to be a girl so I guess georgette.
Benjamin is a girl no song..? kin of mute so maybe a boy don't sure yet - crested.
John is now Sir Puffsalot. He's also crested. Its funny the chicks ended up choc crested like dad rocksteady and the fawn ended up smooth like Roseanne.

Want Benjamin? She's such a brat. The other chicks don't like her lol they'd be together and shed be lonesome.
