Pipkin update

Post by Angela&Shalamar » Fri Sep 13, 2013 7:48 pm

So I tried to reintroduce Pipkin to the rest of the boys yesterday...it was a failure. They immediately began to beat him up. He still really didn't seem to be flying right and I had no trouble catching him in the cage. He's back on cage rest and continue the anti-inflammatories for awhile longer per vet. I'm worried about if he isn't accepted back into the flock. i guess I"ll be setting him up in his own special cage if needed. Poor guy, he's had a rough time of it and I keep forcing meds on him twice a day which he hates too.

Awww...poor Pipkin :( . Think he still needs some TLC. Maybe you will get him an nice male society to be his mate. Then he will be safe and happy :) ...
