I had a great day today at a friend's home with several of our "finch friends."
We all ate and talked and swapped finches! LOL. We had a great time and were able to share an afternoon discussing finches and Christmas and our lives in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
I really need more of these gatherings!!

That was a really fun day! We think we set a record for us for bird swapping, people just kept arriving with cages in hand. Thank you Deborah for the Goldbreast hens, they will be paired up with a couple of nice males. I delivered the two pairs of Strawberries to their new owner and wow, they are going to have an 8' x 8' atrium aviary all to themselves! It is a fabulous setup. And I finally have a girlfriend for my Purple Grenadier male, A Boy Named Sue. I can hardly wait till tomorrow morning to tell him!
