So many questions I know...lol Sorry. Only way to learn though. I placed an order with LadyGouldian.com for leg bands, nesting supplies, ABBA boxes, etc and got free samples with my order. I decided to try the bee pollen and Herb Salad. The order came in very quickly and I was immensely pleased with everything. (As are the birds.)
I don't really know much about either product though. If I understand correctly you offer the herb salad in a separate dish unlike the dried greens I currently put on their dried seed every few days.
How do you offer bee pollen?
What are y'all's thoughts on the two products?

Re: Bee Pollen and Herb Salad?
I don't know much about the bee pollen, but my societies love the herb salad. I usually offer it once a week or so by putting it on a terra cotta plate and allowing them to pick through it. There's something entertaining about watching the societies all gathered around the dish to eat their treat.
I got a small sample package of bee pollen once, but the finches didn't like it, but my budgies enjoyed them.

I actually add the bee pollen to the herb salad, along with AviKelp Granules.

Re: Bee Pollen and Herb Salad?
I offer herb salad in a separate dish as free choice; and replace it once finished.
My finches do not eat bee pollen as a free choice. I mix it in their egg food.

Re: Bee Pollen and Herb Salad?
My guys have access to the Herb Salad/Kelp/Bee Pollen Combo all the time. They really enjoy it! They also LOVE the ABBA minerals and Hatched egg shells. I put those 2 together into 1 treat cup too. I keep commercial egg food available to them at all times too. I give my expecting mommies fresh egg food daily and everyone else gets it 2x per week. Fresh veggies are given daily to everyone too. My guys completely ignore fruit...

Well I mixed my dry commercial eggfood, spirulina, and bee pollen together. They wen't nuts for it. Dropped a few mealies on top to draw them in but I don't think I really needed to but they enjoyed those too.
