LF: Society Finches Near Houston

Hello All!
I'm looking for a few pairs of Society Finches to use in emergency foster situations. I am having a hard time finding them around Houston for a decent price. The only places I've found want $20-25 EACH for regular birds! I'm looking for two pairs or maybe a trio of males and a pair. I would love to find some self colored birds but anything will Do. I have a Male Star Finch I could trade for if someone wanted to Do that, or just pay cash for them. Please contact me if you have some or know of a good place to get them!

Darn, wish this request came earlier. I had a friend who was giving up all her societies (like 9 total) because she was moving out and I was unable to take them in. And I just recently gave away 5 of my babies. I will def. have more later on if you want to exchange (fawn female and 2 grey males). Good luck with the search!

If you ever come up towards the DFW area I have six youngsters for sale currently. Three chocolate pied and three fawn pied. I just moved them into the juvie flight yesterday.

Contact Kristy at finchesbykristy.com. I dont know her pricing, but I know that she has them and she is a nice lady. She is at 45/646 intersection in League City. I got one of my goulds from her and am getting another pair shortly. Her pricing is good.

Thanks Jason! We are actually already in touch! She only has three pied Societies available and I was hoping for more or Chocolate/Grey Selfs. I actually bought a Crested Chocolate Pied female today from PetsMart (ugh) but I had store credit there so I only paid $12 for her. I'm thinking I'll take my Star to Adventures In Birds and trade for Societies, I usually get wholesale prices there. Helps to be "in" with the owners, they're great regardless of what reviews say. Thanks everyone for you offers and help on my search for Societies! I may still take some of you up on the offers for Self colored birds. Thanks Again!
