wildbird I get panic attacks when I get EXTREMELY upset its embarrassing - i also have asthma too

So i guess if it is indeed THAT then I know the feeling.
She has been away from the birds unless its my fault that I left the door open. but pretty much she can not get in.
The python is in the living room away from the birds (birds are in the master). it also is locked up so there is no way he can get out
I really dont want it to be anything but praying its not a illness. It doesnt make sense how she doesn't get it then after flleeing shes just "unwell".
I have a question. its quite HOT here and if nobody is using the heat lamp I can take it away right?
