Hi everybody. My eggs were due to hatch on Wednesday and yesterday I found a dis shell at bottom of cage. At what point do I check the nest/remove the other eggs? Thanks for your help--Shellie

I would let them go for about a week after the expected hatching date. Sometimes, they lay more eggs after they have started incubating, so those eggs will hatch later.

Thanks for your help. I candled the eggs and 3 of them look yellow and the one is porcelain white and I can't see through it. Does that mean that one egg could be viable still? How much longer do I wait to remove the eggs?

Sounds like the one egg may still hatch. As Sally said you can leave the eggs in for a week after they should have hatch - so next Wednesday if last Wednesday was 14 days after starting to sit tight.
