redhead...I say go for it...although the decals are much easier, hand paining can't be beat!!!
@Corkysgirl@delray...thanks guys, my pics are awful!!! I use my phone and they come out crappy. But the birds are gorgeous!!! Limeside wanted to see my guys, so I figured I might as well post the crew even if the pics don't do them justice.

. I am totally smitten with Bernie, as he was abandoned by both parents soon after fledging so I had to hand feed him till he was fully weaned. Hoping to get a BCCB hen for Bert (Mary) and a M/F GB Waxbill pair within the month. Fingers crossed it works out!

I am thrilled that Brian was able to take 2 of my babies... I kept the other 3. Only 1 out of the 5 turned out to be a hen.
