I love it delray! I used to watch mine bathe...the other ones...all the time. But now they do it while I'm sleeping because of my crazy sleep schedule. I miss seeing it. My video camera shuts itself off after a couple minutes. :roll: I'm not going to complain though...they're taking baths!!! =D>

delray Love that picture, with all the water drops on the bars. I have that same bath dish on some of my cages, I really like it.

Cute photos, Brian!
I love the beating sound of their wings when they bathe.
I've got a bunch of dirty birds. Not much bathing action taking place in my flights. LOL. (In fact, I think I'm going to have to lock Priscilla in a warm bath for a couple minutes to get the blood off her bum feathers. :? )

It's funny; I think bathing is a cultural thing.
It seems that either everyone bathes and frequently. Or everyone bathes very rarely.
I had to pull my hooded bath out of my main cage because they kept trying to turn it into a nest! It got gross fast, all glommed up with paper towels.
Humum to....
13 Zebra Finches....and 2 squeeps!
3 Society Finches
6 Gouldians
1 Weaver
1 Pintail Whydah
2 Cockatiels
2 Parakeets

....along with 1 MinPin, 1 Pug, 1 JRT, 1 Yorkie, 2 Chihuahuas and 15 cats.
