Parrot finch as foster?

Surprised to see my blue faced parent finch feeding my three newly fledged white society chicks!!!! The chicks are inside a cage inside an aviary where my parrot finches are sitting on three eggs. Anybody ever try bfpf as fosters?
ten blue capped cordon blues, one male red-cheeked cordon blue, four blue breasted cordon blues, 5 gouldians; two parakeets, 9 owls, five blue-faced parrot finches, two green singers, four stars, 2 shaft tails, four gold breasts, two orange cheeks, two lavenders and sixteen societies.

Wow that the 1 st time I heard that ... Even tho , blue face parrot do have a good reputation as good parent... Thanx for the info , still this still a blast to hear.
