Ssuperworms

Post by Bermyguy » Sat Jul 05, 2014 10:19 pm

So I accidentally purchased ssuperworms instead of mealworms. If I cut the heads off, would my parrot finches go for them like they would for meal worms?

I've never tried them. You could give it a try and see if they will eat them, I don't think it will hurt them.

Without heads they shouldn't pose a threat to the birds, but they may be too large for the birds to handle or they may be wary that their favorite snack is suddenly very much larger than it was before.
