I've noticed that one doesn't seem to be enough. lol
I have one large cage, plus a small one, both with finches and I find myself looking forward to getting another. Plus, I need to get another for a spare. Hubby thinks I've gone nuts!
Got me wondering, how many cages do you all have?

6 cages; each made into up & down apartments; so that's 12 homes for my Gouldians

Sally...With your collection of species, you need all of those cages

.
@sgolds...I am currently
using 2 double flights (60"Wx20"Dx36"H) and 1 regular flight (30"Wx18"Dx36"H). I have 1 additional regular flight, 3 breeding cages (30"Wx18"Hx18"D) and 1 smaller breeder (24"Wx10"Dx15"H) that I use as my hospital cage. My hubby is a big time "cage counter," so 3 cages in use is my MAX! LOL!!! When my flock included zebras...I had a lot more cages because they cause housing issues ;) . This time around, I have mixed flights of more passive species.

finchandlovebird...I have a really nice cage that I made into up & down apartments that I am trying to give away. Its in perfect condition and even has 2 trays, as I ordered a 2nd tray for it. It was meant to be a small animal cage, but I turned it into a double flight (54"Hx18"Dx30"W). I got it for FREE because the seller sent it to me on accident and refused to pay to have it shipped back to him.

finchandlovebird...Its a fantastic cage, but I live with an awful cage counter and have reached my max ;) . It is also black and my current cages are white and sandstone. Sounds crazy I know...but I am hoping someone else will make great use of it. Here is a pic...

delray...If I can find a home for it asap, Uncle Joe will be thrilled. Now we have to stop clogging up this thread with our personal banter or we will get messaged by the mods.

I have 3 Petco flights, 30 x 18 x 18 size, two of which house groups of societies (4 in one, 3 in another), and one of which houses 2 Java sparrows (for those wondering, I've gotten another pair since the tragic loss of my past two), and then I have a 24 x 16 x 16 cage for my canary Steve.
My birds only get caged at night however, so otherwise they're all out and about in eachother's cages and all around having a good time.
