Gouldian has extremely watery droppings

I acquired a new Gouldian on Thursday (9/4) - she's currently being quarantined.

I noticed right away that she had extremely watery droppings and seemed a little tired. I thought it may be from stress or maybe something she ate. The next day I began to treat her with Ronex. She is just about to complete her third day of treatment and her droppings have not improved. The watery part is fairly clear, and the non watery portion of her droppings is a light green color. I would usually expect to see some improvement after 3 days.

She's not really showing any other symptoms. She does occasionally sit puffed up with her head tucked back but not as much as I'd expect if she was really sick. She's very vocal (more so than my other goulds), is eating, and drinking.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else it may be?

Here she is. You can see her droppings in the background. Any suggestions as to what it may be or what treatment I should follow up with if the Ronex doesn't work??

I'd give her some more time.

If she had been with you for several weeks and you were 3 days into Ronex treatment without improvement, I'd say start considering if there's another issue.
But she's new to you. She's under lots of stress. She's likely exposed to new foods, which alone can cause a lot of digestive upset. So I'd give her a bit more time.
Per my vet's recommendations, I actually do a 10-day Ronex treatment instead of 7-day on new birds who are sick and stressed and have found better results with that approach.

Also, are you feeding her greens or food with green dyes? (lots of seed mixes have green pellets.) That can account for a green coloration, especially if it's subtle as seems to be the case.

Can you get a better photo of the poop? It's hard to tell in the pic above. To be honest, from what I can see the poops don't look super healthy, but they don't look extremely concerning either. It could be a result of stress, new diet and meds. Same with her behavior. She sounds a bit off, but it could be a result of the stress, new diet, etc.

I'd reassess in a few days once she's more acclimated and she's had a chance to stabilize on her new diet. I'd avoid adding any new foods too.
There could be lots of things at play here. eColi. Yeast or other fungal infections.
I'd strongly consider getting a fecal smear analysis at your vet if she doesn't improve within a few days. The amount of physical stress and money you could spend on buying meds and trying them at random could be extensive; better to get a precise analysis if possible.

I'm not currently feeding her greens nor any food with green in it. She's mostly sticking to her spray millet. I'll post a pic of her droppings after this post. As you can see there is a large portion of the paper towel soiled just by all of the liquid in her droppings. Does this picture give you a better idea of what she may have? Thanks for all of your input/advice!
