thank you everyone,
guess it wont work like I had planned, good thing we got a good discussion here rather than me trying and seeing the hazards spread in real life.
But I know I will have a pond / fountain for them, with excellent filtration to kill germs so the water will always be good for drinking and bathing :)

an acquaintance of mine kept local finches (javas, munias, strawberries, etc), and their drinking water is a used aquarium with lots of aquatic plants and a few small fish to eat mosquito larvae!
and the finches are doing just fine! he even said some of them are bold enough to go for a splash, and came back to dry themselves up

You could try an idea similar to the remake of When A Stranger Calls. There's an indoor aviary with a stream running through it with koi.

Amethyst Starling
BF and RT Parrot Finch
Chestnut-breasted Mannikin
Lady Gouldian
Owl Finch
Shaft-tail Finch
Society Finch
Star Finch
Strawberry
Tri-colored Nun
Zebra Finch
Diamond Dove
Bourke & Scarlet-chested Parakeet

Colt -- Careful with koi, they get very large and the largest ones are big enough to eat a small finch.

I had a friend who tried a pond with koi and there was problems in this regard. I don't recall if they ate a bird or injured one, but there was a problem with the big koi and the small birds.
Humum to....
13 Zebra Finches....and 2 squeeps!
3 Society Finches
6 Gouldians
1 Weaver
1 Pintail Whydah
2 Cockatiels
2 Parakeets

....along with 1 MinPin, 1 Pug, 1 JRT, 1 Yorkie, 2 Chihuahuas and 15 cats.

I think it's a great idea, but just that, an idea  like the others said there are many hazards. Maybe if you get a shallow pond with a fountain? I'm sure you can get fountains at the garden sections of most places. I would love a big aviary one day with a shallow stream ruining through it, but these are just dreams

I've seen videos like that in youtube! they have a beautiful little stream, the water runs through rocks so it has many landing place for the birds.

I also see a lot of ponds in an aviary, and the pond is deep enough to keep fish... not large kois (even I would be wary) but just small peaceful goldfish

Ah I was never planning to use kois or to have them anyways...
I want my pond densely planted (like aquariums) and having kois will only ruin them. goldfish, or tropical fish are the way to go~

true, but not as much as kois would, plus I've had experience keeping certain aquatic plants with goldfish :)
if you check up on youtube you'll see a lot of people plant their goldfish tank / pond ^_^
