Ginene
Don't get 'stuck in the molt' Ginene, I hear it can be a dangerous condition at times. Lots of egg food, greens, and mealworms (?) :YMSICK: =))

Ginene - Sounds like you need some freeze dried mealies too!
That's all I do.
My guys demand them all crushed up.

I tried live mealworms a few times and they just tilted their heads at them as they squiggled about and tortured them with the occasional peck! LOL

Sheather -- I just noticed the bit on the shade pulls!
That's so funny how they always love the simplest "toys"!!

My guys always make me feel dumb for spending money on pricey toys!

Boxes are the ultimate free toy.
My birds and cats love them! Cats hide in them and bat at each other. Birds chew on them, climb on them and play peek-a boo.

Another big winner is zip ties.
Just plain, unused zip ties. Birds love carrying them around.
Cats love batting them around.

And finally, Q-tips!
My cats learned how to open the little holder in the bathroom. They love them!

Birds discovered them too when I was handfeeding.
They hold them and carry them around; it's funny as it looks like one of those tiny sticks with the poofs on each end that you use in a competition to knock over your competitor!
