Gorgeous! I love the size of these guys! And they are less aggressive than normal zebras. Maybe some day I will be ready for zebs again, and you can ship me a lovely pair :)

Beautiful birds!!

I'm curious as to what would make the English zeb's less aggressive to the standard zeb?

it is just their temperament.... much calmer, lest aggressive than the standard size.

Thank you...the parents have one youngster that fledged that is gorgeous and already large. I will try to get a picture for you, hoping it is a hen.

Would love to see more pictures of these plump beauties. They actually even look more placid even in the pictures.

I would love to see a picture of a normal zebra next to a English Zebra. When I still kept Zebras, I bought Show Zebras that were a lot bigger than the normal sized zebras, but I never noticed that they were less aggressive as the other zebras. Forum members often says that their zebras bully their society finches, this I never observed. I used to keep zebras and society finches, my zebras never took on the bigger society finches. Maybe the zebras in South Africa are a lot different to the stock in the USA.
