WOWWWWWW!

And you never let on before? Absolutely Beautiful work.
How long have you been drawing/painting? I'm interested in knowing what kind of medium you use, paints, pastels, crayons, water colours? The colours, are so vibrant and alive, they are quite stunning.

You should put in for making a series of postage stamps. Nature lover collectors would love you :-).

Than you for sharing with all of us. I for one, would love, love to see mire of your work on here.

All those ideas are great.
Do you do this professionally? Or as a hobby? If I were you, I would definitely pursue this on a professional basis, if you are not already doing so :-). You know: Do what you love, love what you do!

You certainly have a lot of talent, my friend.

Wowee!
I love your style!
I do some drawing myself, but it's more cartoon-ey. (Like the banner and button for my Pet Finch Facts site. That's all my work.)

What I love about your work is how you've captured that bright, vivid cartooney feel that I love so much. But you've also added an element of realism and dimension that's typically missing in cartoon style graphics.
Love, love, love!!

A few ideas for you:
-website graphics and banners for bird-related websites
-commissioned work
-sell prints <--- that's where your bread and butter is since there's little work involved in producing prints. You literally need to print it, mount it and ship it.
-Illustration work for authors, particularly children's books.

If you're not making a living off your artwork, you SHOULD be!

What mediums are you using?
It looks almost like painting (and pastels in a few cases), combined with a bit of photoshop?

Where's KarenB ? She's got some lovely bird artwork herself. Paintings and photos.
Humum to....
13 Zebra Finches....and 2 squeeps!
3 Society Finches
6 Gouldians
1 Weaver
1 Pintail Whydah
2 Cockatiels
2 Parakeets

....along with 1 MinPin, 1 Pug, 1 JRT, 1 Yorkie, 2 Chihuahuas and 15 cats.

Here I am!

Mondo, your work is beautiful.

I've never done any digital stuff. All mine is with brush in hand. I'd love to try the digital. You can easily get it worked into so many different projects, and it does give you that colorful graphic look. I have been able to get some of that with some inks that I use, and gouache works well for that, too.

What program do you use for the digital stuff?

Here's one I did in gouache and acrylics. This is a vermillion flycatcher.
