2x2x2 is too small for 4 birds especially if breeding, why would you put a female zebra with a male tri-color ? if they did hybridise the younsters would be worthless and unwanted. You will most likely end up needing 3 seperate cages with the birds you have, pair tri-colors in 1, zebra in a 2nd and tri color cock in 3rd.

the problem is I cant figure which one is the female Munia...i know one is a male for sure but out of the other two I know one is a female as it laid eggs but cant figure out which one....i just wanted all the males to have females and all the females to have males even if it meant mixing of breeds

Put the trio of mannikins together and find someway to identify each one. A different colored leg band would work quite well. You'll be able to observe which two birds are the pair. Then simply remove the extra male. You'll be able to tell who he is by the colors. :) He spare male and the female zebra will probably co-exist even if they aren't best friends. Some company is better than none after all. But I wouldn't recommend breeding the two together...
