I do give them lots of egg shells, grit (with charcoal and oyster shells), and the blue grit that's supposed to be of better quality -according to a couple of breeders- and I also add vitamin in their water. It's a multi-vitamin that contains V D3.
I'm a little disappointed though cause I thought I had a male and female. I know that even females sing a short song but I thought they only do that when they're calling for or looking for a mate. And since they were in the same cage and only one sang I thought that was the male. The poor things have been sitting in the nest for nothing and the eggs are going to waste. I am going to take the nest out becasue I'm 99.9 % sure they're both females. I'd hate to trade one of them for a male because they're kinda tame and don't get scared when I get close to them or put my hand in the cage. They actually come out of the nest when they see me near the cage and land near where my hand is and start raising their necks looking for and expecting their favorite food- mealworms. But I don't want to spend more than $ 120 for two males.

I think Floyd Barnett in the Atlanta, GA, area recently got some Strawberries from a breeder in Canada. Maybe he could tell you where you might get some in Canada. I'll try to find his number and PM it to you.
