I have seen a few like that before,Since you have eliminated the possibility of mites and a bacteria infection.I would say she is a high strung bird,As they can lose head feather if they are high strung.It is a genetic defect,And i would not breed with her again if this is the case.As breeding puts her under stress and also carries the bad gene on.

I have put her back into the aviary. I treated her again with s76 just as a prevenative. I also gave her some vitamin supplements and she appears to be okay..... Today I was watching her as she was preening and when she lifted her wing up I noticed that it was red looking under it and some feather loss there also. I don't see how it could be mites since she has been treated, but I am concerned for her. I am at a loss for what to do for her.
