Silly me, I just can't stop myself from buying Gouldians!
The male I took in trade and the hen I picked up.

I know how you feel. The only thing more beautiful than Gouldian is a group of different coloured Gouldians. But really so beautiful and low volume what's to stop you from getting more. Lol. I just got a Yellow back much like yours and now have a total of 10. I think I see a blue back pair in the future.

I thought also that he may be a lilac breast. Sometimes when the light hits him correctly he looks lilac and other times white?

And he is a double factor yellow not a single factor.
If he was a single factor? He would be more greenish in the yellow.

BigBear0007

Yours is clearly a DF, my SF comment was to Kyle

If yours has a breast that you can't clearly tell WB or LB it may be what some call a dirty white but should molt out whiter next time.

Oh they are quite lovely. congrats!!! I LOVE the orange head, OH WB DF Yellows they are so lovely looking, it's actually one of the only gouldians with a LACK of color that I like!!! (not a fan of the light pastels where all their colors are muted) But the bird you have and Kyle has are BEAUTIFUL, probably my favorite Gouldian color (well, besides my beautiful Ren who is OH LB GB, but I'm biased!!!!) LOL, but I deffinitely agree with you on the Gouldians, if you can find them to buy them, they are very quiet singers and so lovely to just look at all day, if you have the room, why not keep em' coming!!! HAHAHA I SURE would If i could. I have three now, and I have a feeling, they aren't going to be my only 3!!! lol Anyhow, just had to comment as that is my favorite coloring, and the pair of them are just LOVELY, congrats and good luck with your new beauties!!!
