Need opinions, how much can I sell this aviary/cage for

So I recently completed my first armoire to cage conversion and it was a fun project (the beige one). I came across another armoire that would be perfect for another project. My question is; how much do you think I could sell a project like this for once completed? The armoire is $50, and I figure another $100-$150 to convert it. Would I be able to sell it for $300-$400? Or is that unreasonable? I know that new pieces like this sell for over $1000 online, but I'm not sure what the market is like for them. I live in central Fl if that helps any. Please chime in, all opinions are appreciated!

Not sure what the market would bring in Florida but up here in New Jersey 300-400 would be a steal!

First allow me to say very good job. Second, you should have reused the ornate top. Would have brought in more money for no more work. For pricing I would use an old remedy, cost plus labor at $40.00 an hour. Of course the actual price should be much more than that but this would at least insure you would make money. Again, nice job....

Went to get it and the sides were pressboard everything else was solid wood. Guess I'll keep looking!
