Those are cute names. I guess first I have to try and figure out whether they are male or female before I settle on names, or I could try for names that could fit both.
How did you find their personalities? Did you have them in a community flight, or on their own, and did they ever breed for you?
I'm curious to find out everything I can about these enchanting little 'meeeps'.

To be honest, I didn't have them that long. I housed them with four Societies, and they were way more active than the Societies and it wasn't a good combination in my case (and I didn't have another cage at the time to put them in). It wasn't that they didn't get along per se, the Societies could just never settle down because the Owls were constantly flying around and rousting them. I ended up selling them to someone I knew who was looking for Owls. They were cute and the male's vocalizations are unmistakable, I just found that they were a little too manic for my liking.

Do you think a pair of owls would be ok in an aviary with a pair of zebras?
The aviary is 32x20x40 inches

Well....... Zebras and Owls can breed and have young. These children may or may not come out fertile (can't remember), so that would not be in the interest of either species.
Soooo, unless you plan on having all males or all females, it might not be the best idea (and by the way, sexing Owls, is not an easy task).
So this is definitely something to keep in mind when making a decision about which birdies to house together.

Oh wow I didn't know they would breed with different finches. Maybe owls in their own cage then. Hubby will have to build me another one

lovezebs , Congrats on the new additions although i don't think you can solely blame me, sounds like you've been thinking about getting them for a while especially when you literally already had eyes on owls in a particular pet shop
You'll love them, most reliable way to sex them is by the cocks quick repetitive song, kind of sounds like 'twit twit twoo' over and over, introducing a nest box is also a good way of finding out as i've only ever seen a true pair or young juveniles roost in 1 at same time.
