La Casa del Max

Post by lovezebs » Fri Feb 26, 2016 10:58 pm

Hello Finchley Fans.

Max got his new house today.

Seeing as he really doesn't need a cage since his injury, I decided to improvise, and come up with something different.

I still don't know how this set up will work in the long run, but for now, it offers him more flat space to move around freely, taking into consideration his limitations.

See what you think...

It's a great set up. I don't think you will forget about him again. Can he get on the ladder?

Hi Karen,

Max, manages to propel himself up and down this little ladder, when it's in a horizontal position like this. It's a hit and miss activity, on the rungs, between the rungs .... I am considering putting together a ramp of sorts, which I think will be better for his needs at this point in time.

He's sure enjoying the extra space though :P , he's all over the place, constantly investigating this and that. It's fun to just watch him tootling around, checking things out.

Oh gurl this makes me so happy! When you said he could run I figured that would be his new activity. This is wonderful! A ramp is a great idea. Places to forage would be good too. He is doing so well. This story just warms my nurse heart clean through. There is nothing so rewarding as giving new life and joy to any living being that has the will to survive a severe affliction. This is the stuff of an excellent BOOK. You are a good writer. Think about it. <3 <3 <3
