Good or bad ?

My Society chicks are leave the nest at 24 or 26 days and they doesn"t claime to be feed by the parents more than a week, they eat well and they are well, and thats hapen with al my 3 breeding paires......I put 3 young chicks under 2 males, same experience !! I need opinions, thanks !!

Hello.

Normally parents will feed for around two weeks, give or take.
However, as long as your chicks are doing well, feeding themselves, and growing, I wouldn't be too concerned. Parents may be feeding when you're not around.

It is good as long as they are eating and doing well. :)

I am around them all the time and I"m sure the chicks are not feed in my absence......but why just 1 week not 2 or 3 ? All are looking verry well, chicks and parents so the mistery remaines. maybe the food is responsable, I have my own mixture "classified :D "...sorry, I asked just because I"m curious if that hapened to others to !! Thanks for replyes !!

yes seen also with some zebra chicks , just in one day they stop asking to feed and start eating by them selves one or two week before th excpected date , for some other chiks onn other clutches they took more than five week
