My one Male Gouldian is losing a feather here and there. Could he be moulting?
The other Male is not losing any feathers. Should I be doing something for them, or
feeding them something special if they are moulting now ?

Sounds like it could very well be a molt. Adding hard boiled eggs to their diet will help make strong new feathers.

Oh No! Well, they don't seem to like hard-boiled egg and have refused it every time I have offered it to them. Any other recommendations ?

If they won't eat eggs, you could always rely on a commercial vitamin supplement such as Feather Fast.

Anything that will boost the protein of their diet will work. I like hard boiled eggs because they are easy to prepare and reasonably priced. Eggs offer so much more like vitamins and minerals then just protein. And don't forget the eggshell is a great source of calcium and should be part of your mineral mix available at all times.
Gouldians seem to take forever to try new foods. I've heard of times where is taken a month or more to get them to eat egg. Personally I would keep offering the egg with a bit of their favorite seed sprinkled on top.
Good luck
