the red in eyes for both fawn and opal remains but deepens a bit.

in the nest... she the partially naked one... the eyes are light and the wing edges are cream color. (the baby at the top of the picture is a silver, dark eyes)

side by side, an opal next to a fawn.... your slit pairs will not only give you opal but fawns, silver and normal all split to fawn and silver.
