I found a good use for all those extra plastic coat hangers.... have a bunch, easy to wash and the finches are having a blast on them....

Now there's an easy, inexpensive swing! Clever recycling. :lol:

I've seen 3 of them squeezed onto the one small swing that I have.
And they sometimes fight over the swing. They sometimes land on the swing so hard that they fling whoever is on off the swing. :-(
The out comes my spray bottle to give the offender a spray of water.

Those babies have been out of the nest for about a month.

I have 6 that are looking just awful right now.....poor things are going through their first molt and having a time.

Those are beauties :!: Isn't it amazing how much they love these hangers? It is like a little kid with a present. They open the box set the toy aside then play with the box :D Sometimes the best things in life are free.... or recycled :D
